Ruth Esther Opp

	Ruth Esther Opp, 84, of Tamaroa, passed away at 9:03 a.m. Saturday, October 20, 2001 at the St. Elizabeth Hospital in Belleville.
	Ruth was a homemaker.  She was a member of the Friendship Church of Christ at Tamaroa.  She was a former Sunday School Teacher.
	She was born January 23, 1917 at Tamaroa, the daughter of Harry Coleman and Ina Isabelle (Booher) Morrow.  She married Russell B. Opp on December 12, 1936 at Tamaroa.  He passed away February 13, 2000.
	She is survived by four sons, Donald Gene Opp and wife Frances Yula (Ripley) Opp of Tamaroa, Robert Bryan Opp and wife Judith Ruth (Bookstaver) Opp of Tamaroa, William Coleman Opp and wife Mary Catherine (Greenwood) Opp of Mulkeytown and Gale Newton Opp and wife Julie Irene (Miller) Opp of Tamaroa; grandchildren, Gay Lynn (Opp) Ashbrook and husband Anthony, Robert Scott Opp and wife Heather (Brooks) Opp, James Bryan Opp and wife Robbin (Wigart) Opp, Lisa Kay (Opp) Norman and husband Todd, Gene Allen Opp and wife Cynthia (Bauman) Opp, Jennifer Maw Opp, Jeremy Russell Opp; great-grandchildren, Emily Grace Ashbrook, Alexandra Hope Ashbrook, Allison Joy Ashbrook, Erin Haley Opp, Ashleigh Lynnelle Opp, Sidney Kay Norman, Makayla Lee Norman, Casey Jordan Opp, Caitlin Rae Opp and Shania Dawn Opp.
	She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one sister, Frances Marlow; two brothers, Max and Bill Morrow and a great-granddaughter, Andrea Faith Ashbrook.
	Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Tuesday, October 23 at the Friendship Church of Christ at Tamaroa with Bro. Darrell McCombs officiating.
	Friends called from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Searby Funeral Home in Tamaroa and from 9 a.m. until time of service at the church on Tuesday.
	Interment was in the Campbell Cemetery at Tamaroa.
	Friends may make memorials to the Friendship Church of Christ building fund.
